White Elephants is a fresh produce marketplace connecting farmers and farm shops ("Sellers") with consumers ("Buyers") in the UK. White Elephants acts as an intermediary between Sellers and Buyers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to any contracts formed between Buyers and Sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the products listed.

1. Pricing: Prices for products are set by Sellers and may include applicable taxes.
2. Payments: Transactions are processed through our secure payment provider. By making      a purchase, you agree to the payment terms outlined during checkout.
3. Cancellations and Refunds: Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details on your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. User Content

1. Ownership: You are responsible for acquiring all rights to diffuse and use all content you publish on our website. In the case the material is your proprietary material, you retain ownership of any content you upload to the Website (e.g., reviews, comments), but you grant White Elephants a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content as necessary.
